How to use

Take 2.5 gms of Narasu's Insta in a Mug, Add Sugar if necessary. Dilute with boiling water, Add hot water/Milk as required, Stir gently.

DRY GINGER (SUKKU) HEALTH BENEFITS

Dry ginger has been widely used in India as a common household remedy since ancient times to treat various illness and to protect the wellness of the whole family. Dry ginger is a dried form of fresh ginger. Dry ginger has longer shelf life whereas fresh ginger does not have. So, it is always best to stock a cup of dry ginger at home. Sukku is primarily used to treat cold & cough and various stomach problems.

Coriander contains high levels of dodecenal, a natural compound that's actually twice as powerful of an antibiotic than the leading treatment for salmonella-based illness. By adding this spice into your diet, you can guard yourself against uncomfortable or even fatal food poisoning.

5. Improve Cholesterol Levels
Studies have shown that by incorporating coriander into your diet you can decrease your levels of bad cholesterol. In one animal experiment, a significant decrease in bad cholesterol or LDL and an increase in healthy cholesterol or HDL was shown among subjects who were administered coriander seeds. So you're looking to lower cholesterol overall and balance LDL to HDL cholesterol, this spice may help do the trick.

6. Help Urinary Tract Infections
Coriander seeds are helpful in relieving symptoms of a urinary tract infection or UTI. Simply soak 1.5 teaspoons of dried coriander seeds overnight in two cups of water. Strain and drink, or just add to your morning smoothie. It helps relieve the discomfort and pain associated with the UTI and helps speed overall healing.

SUKKU COFFEEE HEALTH BENEFITS

Although we call it as sukku coffee, we do not use coffee powder in it. It is actually used as a substitute for your regular coffee. We have already seen the goodness of dry ginger(sukku). As we are adding coriander seeds, cardamom, cumin seeds and whole black peppercorn seeds, jaggery(or palm jaggery or palm sugar), we are able to get the health benefits of all the ingredients by just drinking the sukku coffee. SUKKU COFFEE RECIPE : INSTRUCTIONS
To make sukku malli coffee,  add 1 tbsp sukku malli coffee powder in the pan. Add 2 cups of water. Boil it till the water gets reduced to half of the original quantity. You can adjust the quantity of sukku malli coffee powder according to your preference. 1 tbsp is ideal for making 1 cup chukku coffee. Filter the sukku malli coffee and serve it hot. No other drink can comfort you so much when you have soar throat.
